What size is it?

Our storage containers are 6m long, 2.4m wide, and 2.6m high approximately (20ft General Purpose Shipping Containers).
What does it cost?

Rent is charged weekly in advance via direct debit. The upfront payment includes the delivery fee, the pickup fee, a bond, and the first week's rent. After the upfront payment is received the only future payments you will have is the weekly rental fee. For a full quote of rental cost just inquire above and let us know your delivery address.
Where can you deliver?

We are able to rent to the Gold Coast and surrounds.
How long can I rent for?

The rental period begins at a minimum of 3 months and can extend as long as you need it.
Can I rent more than one?

Absolutely.
How do I rent one?

Send an inquiry via the button above. Make sure you let us know your delivery address so we can get you a full quote. Once you have received your quote and are happy to proceed we will send you out your rental contract. Completed contracts and upfront payments are required before your rooms can be delivered.
What maintenance is required for portable rooms and storage containers?

Queensland’s extreme heat and humidity can cause the inside of the rooms or containers to have excess moisture. Simple things like leaving doors open for airflow during sunny days, or using dehumidifies or moisture absorbers will help prevent trapped moisture and mold. Externally, keeping the roof of the container free from debris such as leaves, sweeping water off the roof after heavy rain, cleaning the door hinges of dirt, and giving the outside an occasional clean will all help maintain your portable room or container’s integrity.
Are there any restrictions on where I can place a portable room or storage container?

Portable rooms or storage containers are heavy and must be placed on flat, solid ground. This can be solid soil, gravel, concrete, etc. The containers and rooms should be raised slightly off the ground by placing wooden chocks under each corner, this prevents unnecessary rust to the bottom.
